With over twenty-five years combined experience in career counseling, human resources, management, recruiting, sales, media planning and marketing dealing with fast-paced, rapidly expanding companies, I am recognized as a bit of a hybrid. I always wanted to pursue advertising as a career path.  However, after an employer recognized my talents early on, I was placed as a Recruiter in a corporate human resources department and got hooked. My passion for connecting people and cultivating relationships began. Fast forward ten years, and that passion morphed into coaching, mentoring, educating and still connecting.  All of those experiences led me to take a leap into third party recruiting, working independently with Professional Staffing Solutions. For the past 14+ years I have been able to tie many passions together with recruiting for a variety of leadership positions with a primary focus in the areas of marketing, digital, advertising, and creative. I share resources with a team of other independent recruiters to expand the possibilities for both our clients and candidates. 

I have been a featured speaker on several professional panels, provided career coaching, resume writing and consultation, intreview skill prep and presentation in addition to being hired as a consultant with companies of all industries on their hiring needs and challenges.  

When I am not in the trenches, I have a full house with my husband of 22 years, two teenagers, and two dogs.
